TechDAS Disc Stabilizer Series II

In pursuit of superior analog sound quality, TechDAS introduces the next-generation Disc Stabilizer Series II, developed using the extensive material research and engineering knowledge gained from the acclaimed Air Force turntable series.

The Disc Stabilizer Series II utilizes carefully selected materials with exceptional vibration control characteristics to reduce unwanted resonances generated by the vinyl record during playback, resulting in a significant improvement in sound quality.

Drawing upon TechDAS expertise in advanced materials and mechanical design, this stabilizer not only improves record-to-platter coupling but also helps correct warped records and rapidly dissipates micro-vibrations generated during playback.

Unlike conventional record stabilizers that rely primarily on mass to suppress vibrations, the Disc Stabilizer Series II combines optimized mechanical design with materials offering exceptional vibration absorption and transmission characteristics for a more effective solution.

Advanced Material Engineering

The body is machined from A7075 Super Duralumin, an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with approximately three times the hardness of standard aluminum. This material offers excellent vibration transmission and absorption properties while maintaining exceptional structural rigidity.

The top knob is manufactured from a non-magnetic stainless-steel alloy, providing balanced mechanical performance and preventing unwanted magnetic interference.

A dedicated static-removal sheet is incorporated on the record-contact surface to protect vinyl records while helping reduce static electricity buildup during use.
