The new Cardeas contains numerous innovations and further developments that have not yet seen the light of day. This set of innovative components literally sets music free and we call it the Audio Physic PowerTrain™.

We are very proud to present the sum of our research with the new Cardeas. The speaker was redesigned from the ground up to get the most out of the PowerTrain™ and create an incomparable sound experience. The Cardeas is the first model of a whole new generation of loudspeakers.

Imagine a horizon so infinite that you can barely see the edges, but the moment you focus your attention on a specific spot, you can see what is happening there in minute detail.

In order to make all these details audible, we delved deep into our technologies. Years of development went into all the components of the new Cardeas until we were finally satisfied with the result. As always in the history of Audio Physic, we were not looking for technical features, but for the ultimate sound that matters. And if the sound isn't good enough, we think there has to be an even better solution. We went in search of it.

Honeycomb multi-sandwich cabinet The Cardeas is a four-way loudspeaker with our new multi-sandwich cabinet. Inside, the asymmetrical housing consists of a high-tech honeycomb/multiplex sandwich. The outside is covered with a glass-elastomer composite. This makes the case incredibly stiff and it has high internal damping. The inner struts are also made of high-tech honeycomb panels. Own sound is thus excluded.
